Our Mission

Jesus Calls ordinary Lay people - Mark 1:16-20

Our organisation name LayLife comes from "Laity Life" it speaks to the power or the gifting of a "Lay person" me and you to co-create with God. Mathew 28:16

Lay people are called in a special way to make Jesus present and operative in those places and circumstances where only though them that His message can become the salt and light of the world.

Whatever we call life begins with a Lay person. Ordained ministers / clergy men or women, business people rich or poor come from ordinary ay people.

Think about the 12 disciples they were ordinary lay leaders - common men working a common trade. we don't have to hold a position , be powerful or from noble stock to influence the world around us. We only have to hear His call and respond.

That's how we arrived to "LayLife" as our name, but it also speaks to our own Life story as a Lay leaders using our Time , Talent and Treasures to make this world a better place.

As LayLife we want to be known for supporting/finding/creating opportunities, platforms and spaces where leaders/families can thrive, grow and live in the fullness of Jesus Christ with a strong emphasis on becoming transformational leaders in their communities.
